The objective of this RFQ is to obtain the services of a qualified lawn care contractor to perform the ongoing care of Elton’s outdoor areas. We are seeking a contractor who shares our commitment to sustainability, excellence, and creating outdoor spaces that contribute positively to the overall experience of our Municipality. Elton has various sites that require lawn care (mowing and trimming) for the 2025 and 2026 seasons as outline in Section 2.0 Scope of Work.

The Madford Cemetery was established in 1888 and is the local cemetery for Douglas, Manitoba and the surrounding area.
